《GB/T 3365-2008碳纤维增强塑料孔隙含量和纤维体积含量试验方法》由TC39(全国纤维增强塑料标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
本标准规定了测定碳纤维增强塑料孔隙含量和纤维体积含量的原理、试验材料、试验设备、试样、试验条件、试验步骤、计算、试验结果以及试验报告等。
本标准适用于测定单向、正交及多向铺层的碳纤维增强塑料的孔隙含量、纤维体积含量。芳纶和玻璃纤维增强塑料也可参照采用,但不适用于织物增强塑料的纤维体积含量的测定。


Scope

This standard specifies the principles, test materials, samples, test conditions, test procedures, calculations, test results and test reports for the determination of void content and fiber volume content of carbon fiber reinforced plastics. This standard is applicable to the determination of the void content and fiber volume content of carbon fiber reinforced plastics with one-way, collection and multiple layers. Aramid fiber and glass fiber reinforced plastics can be used as a reference, but it is not suitable for the determination of fiber volume content of fabric reinforced plastics.
