《GB/T 5009.151-2003食品中锗的测定》由TC466(全国特殊食品标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家市场监督管理总局(特殊食品司)。
本方法规定了采用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱分析技术测定锗的分析方法。本方法适用于各类食品中锗的测定及保健饮品中锗-132和无机锗的分别测定。本方法检出限为3.5ng/mL;标准曲线线性范围为0ng/mL~100ng/mL。测定试样中总锗时,方法回收率为84.0%~93.2%。测定保健饮品中锗-132和无机锗时,方法回收率为94.6%~103.4%。


Scope

This method specifies the analytical method for the determination of germanium by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. This method is suitable for the determination of germanium in various foods and the determination of germanium-132 and inorganic germanium in health drinks. The detection limit of this method is 3.5 ng/mL; the linear range of the standard curve is 0ng/mL~100ng/mL. When determining the total germanium in the sample, the recovery rate of the method is 84.0%-93.2%. When determining germanium-132 and inorganic germanium in health drinks, the recovery rate of the method is 94.6%-103.4%.
