本标准规定了动植物油脂(不含矿物酸)中皂化值的测定方法。本标准不适用于含无机酸的产品，除非单独测定无机酸。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of saponification value in animal and vegetable fats and oils (excluding mineral acids). This standard does not apply to products containing mineral acids, unless the mineral acids are determined separately.
