本标准适用于由酷、酮和芳烃类等溶剂调制而成的稀释剂。该稀释剂有较好的稀释能力和适当的挥发速度，主要用于稀释各种过氯乙烯清漆、磁漆、底漆及腻子等。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, storage, etc. of perchlorethylene paint thinner. This standard applies to diluents prepared from solvents such as esters, ketones and aromatic hydrocarbons. This diluent has good dilution capacity and appropriate evaporation speed. It is mainly used to dilute various perchlorethylene varnishes, enamels, primers and putty, etc.
