Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of lycopene in vegetables and products using high-performance liquid chromatography. This standard is applicable to the determination of lycopene in vegetables and products such as tomatoes, carrots, tomato juice, and tomato paste. The linear range of this method is 10ng ~ 1000ng. The detection limit of this method is 0.13mg/kg.
