Scope

This standard specifies the liquid chromatography method for the determination of hesperidin and naringin in citrus fruits and their products. This standard is applicable to the determination of hesperidin and naringin content in citrus fruits and their products. The quantitative determination range of this standard: both hesperidin and naringin are 1.0 mg/L ~ 200 mg/L. The limit of quantification of this standard: both hesperidin and naringin are 1 mg/kg. The detection limit of this standard: both hesperidin and naringin are 0.3 mg/kg.
