Scope

This part of SN/T 2102 establishes the basic requirements for the installation, use, and maintenance of PCR instruments, and specifies the biochemical and physical methods for PCR instrument performance testing. The cooling/heating elements of the PCR instrument have a specified service life, and their normal function depends not only on the quality of the design, but also on correct use and maintenance. This section applies to biochemical and physical performance tests of PCR.
