Scope

This part of SN/T 2102 specifies the requirements for PCR sample preparation to obtain samples or nucleic acids of a quality and quantity suitable for qualitative PCR detection. This section is applicable to PCR detection of pathogens in food. If necessary, it can also be used for PCR detection of feed, agricultural products/environmental samples.
