《GB/T 14489.3-1993油料中油的游离脂肪酸含量测定法》由TC270（全国粮油标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家粮食和物资储备局。
本标准规定了油料中油的游离脂肪酸含量测定所用的仪器、试剂、分析步骤和结果计算。本标准适用于食用油料。本标准不适用于月桂酸含量较高的油料。

Scope

This standard specifies the instruments, reagents, analysis procedures and calculation of results used in the determination of free fatty acid content in oil. This standard applies to edible oils. This standard is not applicable to oil plants with high lauric acid content.
