本标准规定了用灼烧法测定食品中灰分的方法。本标准适用于谷物食品、肉禽制品、乳及乳制品、水产品、果蔬制品、淀粉及淀粉制品、蛋制品、茶叶、调味品、发酵制品等食品中灰分的测定；不适用糖及糖制品中灰分的测定。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the ash content in food by the burning method. This standard applies to the determination of ash content in cereals, meat and poultry products, milk and dairy products, aquatic products, fruit and vegetable products, starch and starch products, egg products, tea, condiments, fermented products, etc.; it does not apply to sugar and sugar products.
