《GB/T 15246-2002硫化物矿物的电子探针定量分析方法》由TC38(全国微束分析标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了用电子探针进行硫化物定量分析的标准方法。本标准适用于在电子束轰击下稳定的硫化物以及砷化物、锑化物、铋化物、碲化物、硒化物的电子探针定量分析。本标准适用于以X射线波长分光谱仪进行的定量分析;其主要内容和基本原则也适用于以X射线能谱仪进行的定量分析。


Scope

This standard specifies the standard method for quantitative analysis of sulfide minerals by electron probe. This standard is applicable to electron probe quantitative analysis of sulfides, arsenides, antimonides, bismuth compounds, tellurides and selenides which are stable under electron beam bombardment. This standard applies to quantitative analysis performed by X-ray wavelength spectrometer; its main content and basic principles are also applicable to quantitative analysis performed by X-ray energy spectrometer.
