《GB/T 15617-2002硅酸盐矿物的电子探针定量分析方法》由TC38(全国微束分析标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了电子束下稳定的天然和人工合成硅酸矿物的电子探针或扫描电子显微镜中X射线波长色散光谱仪的定量分析方法。本标准也适用于其他含氧盐、如磷酸盐、硫酸盐等矿物以及普通氧化物。其基本准则也适用于X射线能谱仪的定量分析。


Scope

This standard specifies the method for the quantitative analysis of natural and synthetic silicate minerals stabilized under electron beam by electron probe or X-ray wavelength dispersive spectrometer in scanning electron microscope. This standard is also applicable to other oxyacids, such as phosphate, sulfate and other minerals and common oxides. Its basic principles also apply to quantitative analysis by X-ray spectrometer.
