《GB/T 15647-1995稳态可用性验证试验方法》由TC24(全国电工电子产品可靠性与维修性标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为工业和信息化部(电子)。
本标准规定了以稳态可用性或稳态不可用性为可用性指标、能经常维修的产品的可用性验证试验方法。本标准适用于满足下述条件、只有可用和不可用这两种状态的产品进行稳态可用性验证试验:a.单个可修理产品;b.所有可用时间服从同一指数分布;c.尽管预防维修时间有可能影响可用性,但它不算入不可用时间内;d.所有不可用时间的项目须在要求或试验规范中清楚地陈述;e.可靠性很高的产品需要特别长的时间去做验证试验;f.验证试验方法采用稳态不可用性作补充。


Scope

This standard specifies the usability verification test methods for products that can be maintained frequently with steady-state availability or steady-state unavailability as the usability index. This standard is applicable to the steady-state availability verification test for products that meet the following conditions and only have two states: a. A single repairable product; b. All availability times follow the same exponential distribution; c. Although the preventive maintenance time It may affect the availability, but it is not included in the unavailable time; d. All unavailable time items must be clearly stated in the requirements or test specifications; e. Products with high reliability require a particularly long time to do verification tests f. The verification test method is supplemented by steady-state unavailability.
