《GB/T 17363-1998黄金制品的电子探针定量测定方法》由TC38（全国微束分析标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了用电子探针波谱仪进行黄金制品定量分析的技术方法和规范。本标准适用于各种Ｋ金制品含金量的测定，也适用于表面含金层厚度大于３μm的镀金制品的包金制品的表层含金量的测定。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical methods and specifications for the quantitative analysis of gold products by electron probe spectrometer. This standard is applicable to the determination of the gold content of various gold products, and is also applicable to the determination of the gold content of the surface layer of gold-plated products and gold-clad products whose surface gold-containing layer thickness is greater than 3 μm.
