本标准适用于含有分子量组分的淋洗体积,在聚苯乙烯标准物质确定的范围内的样品测定(分子量一般在2000g・mol-1~2000000g・mol-1)。 本标准等同采用美国材料与试验协会标准ASTM D5296:2005《聚苯乙烯的平均分子量和分子量分布的检测标准方法 高效体积排阻色谱法》(英文版),其有关的技术内容与上述方法完全一致。
Scope
1.1 This standard specifies the method for determining the average molecular weight (Mw) and molecular weight distribution of linear soluble polystyrene by high performance size exclusion chromatography (HPSEC). This method is not absolute and requires the use of commercially available narrow molecular weight distribution polystyrene standards for calibration. This standard is applicable to the determination of the eluting volume of the molecular weight components within the range determined by the polystyrene standard substance (the molecular weight is generally 2 000 g·mol-1~2 000 000 g·molmark-1). 1.2 HPSEC is different from traditional size exclusion chromatography SEC (refer to gel permeation chromatography GPC), and the number of plates per meter is 10 times that of SEC (see ASTM D 883 and ASTM D 3016). The HPSEC system consists of low-volume liquid chromatography components, and the chromatographic column is filled with small microporous particles (3 μm to 20 μm). High-performance liquid chromatography instrumentation and an automated data processing system were used for data acquisition and processing. 1.3 This standard uses SI units. 1.4 This standard does not give all the relevant safety, if there are other safety should also be used in combination.
