本标准规定了蜂蜜中恩诺沙星，环丙沙星，诺氟沙星，氧氟沙星，双氟沙星， �f喹酸、氟甲喹，沙拉沙星，司帕沙星，丹氟沙星，氟罗沙星，马波沙星，伊诺沙星，奥比沙星，吡哌酸，培氟沙星，洛美沙星，西诺沙星和萘啶酸１９种喹诺酮残留量的液相色谱-质谱／质谱的测定方法。上述１９种喹诺酮类药物中英文名称、结构式、ＣＡＳ号和相对分子质量参见附录Ａ。
本标准适用于蜂蜜中喹诺酮类残留量的测定。

Scope

This standard specifies the enrofloxacin (abbreviated as ENR, the same below), ciprofloxacin (abbreviated as CIP, the same below), norfloxacin (abbreviated as NOR, the same below), ofloxacin (abbreviated as OFL, The same below), difloxacin (abbreviated as DIF, the same below), oxolinic acid (abbreviated as 0X0, the same below), flumequine (abbreviated as FLU, the same below), sarafloxacin (abbreviated as SAR, the same below), Pafloxacin (SPA for short, the same below), Danfloxacin (DAN for short, the same below), Fleroxacin (FLE for short, the same below), Marbofloxacin (MAR for short, the same below), Enoxacin ( ENO for short, the same below), orbifloxacin (ORB for short, the same below), pipemidic acid (PIP for short, the same below), pefloxacin (PEF for short, the same below), lomefloxacin (LOM for short, the same below) ), cinoxacin (abbreviated as CIN, the same below) and nalidixic acid (abbreviated as NAL, the same below) as a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry method for the determination of 19 quinolone residues. This standard applies to the determination of quinolone residues in honey.
