Scope

This standard specifies the principle, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, and reagents for the determination of soybean isoflavones (daidzein, glycitein, genistin, daidzein, glycitein, genistein) by high performance liquid chromatography. Requirements for preparation and storage, operation steps, calculation and presentation of results, and precision. This standard applies to the determination of soybean isoflavones in soybeans, soybean milk powder and tempeh. The minimum detection limit of this standard test method is 2.5mg/kg.
