Scope

WARNING: This standard does not address all possible safety issues. Before applying this standard, the user is responsible for taking appropriate safety and interface measures and ensuring compliance with the conditions stipulated in the relevant national regulations. Scope: This standard specifies the techniques and specifications for environmental scanning electron microscopy to detect the interaction of nanoparticles with biological samples. This standard is applicable to the application of low vacuum and ambient vacuum modes of scanning electron microscopy to analyze the morphology of biological samples in the study of the biological effects of nanoparticles (the range of particles can be extended to submicron and micron).
