1.1 本标准介绍了利用扫描电镜(SEM)对钢中非金属夹杂物进行尺寸分布统计、化学分类及评级的程序。扫描电镜配置 X射线能谱分析和自动图像分析功能。
1.2 本标准推荐了三种检验方法。方法一主要依据形态对夹杂物进行分类。方法二主要依据化学组
成对夹杂物进行分类。方法一和二适用于压缩比大于或等于3的轧制或锻制钢材中2μm 以上非金属
夹杂物的显微评定。方法三用来确定某类夹杂物的具体细节,如体积分数、数量分数等体视学参数,适
用于各种铸坯或钢材中所有尺寸(包括2μm 以下)夹杂物的统计分类。
1.3 本标准只是一种推荐的非金属夹杂物检验方法,不对任何钢的验收合格级别进行规定。

Scope
This standard introduces the procedures for size distribution statistics, chemical classification and rating of non-metallic inclusions in steel using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The scanning electron microscope is equipped with X-ray energy spectrum analysis and automatic image analysis functions. This standard recommends three inspection methods. Method 1 mainly classifies inclusions according to their morphology. Method 2 mainly classifies inclusions according to their chemical composition. Methods 1 and 2 are applicable to the microscopic assessment of non-metallic inclusions larger than 2 μm in rolled or forged steels with a compression ratio greater than or equal to 3. Method three is used to determine the specific details of a certain type of inclusions, such as volume fraction, number fraction and other stereological parameters, and is suitable for the statistical classification of inclusions of all sizes (including below 2 μm) in various slabs or steels. This standard is only a recommended inspection method for non-metallic inclusions, and does not specify the acceptance level of any steel. This standard does not address safety issues related to the application. It is the user's responsibility to establish correct safety and health regulations and to determine the applicability of the regulations before applying this standard.
