本标准规定了豆奶和豆奶饮料的术语和定义、产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则和标签、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于以大豆为主要原料,经加工制成的预包装液体饮料。

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of soymilk and soymilk beverage.

This standard is applicable to prepackaged liquid beverage processed with soybean as the main material.
