《GB/T 32192-2015耐电压测试仪》由TC104(全国电工仪器仪表标准化技术委员会)归口,TC104SC3(全国电工仪器仪表标准化技术委员会交直流仪器、测量电源装置、记录仪表分会)执行,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了耐电压测试仪的术语和定义、分类、要求、检验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于最高输出电压不高于15kV的数字显示以及模拟(指针)指示的交流(工频)和直流耐电压测试仪(以下简称测试仪),也适用于符合上述条件的其它试验测试仪器的耐电压部分。
本标准不适用于匝间冲击电压试验仪等输出电压为脉冲电压或瞬态电压的电压测试仪器。

This standard specifies the terminology, classification system, performance requirements and test methods of withstand voltage testers, and is applicable to AC and DC test equipment with an output voltage of ≤15kV. It focuses on standardizing the metrological characteristics and control functions of insulation strength testing, and provides a technical basis for the safety testing of electrical equipment.
