本标准规定了耐电压测试仪的术语和定义、分类、要求、检验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于最高输出电压不高于15kV的数字显示以及模拟(指针)指示的交流(工频)和直流耐电压测试仪(以下简称测试仪),也适用于符合上述条件的其它试验测试仪器的耐电压部分。
本标准不适用于匝间冲击电压试验仪等输出电压为脉冲电压或瞬态电压的电压测试仪器。

Case 1: Low-voltage electrical production line detection
When using electronic boost tester to perform 2000V/1min withstand voltage test on household circuit breakers, please note:
- Select Class 2 or above accuracy equipment to ensure ±2% voltage control
- Set the 5mA alarm current threshold to meet IEC60335 requirements
- Regularly check the ripple factor to prevent the influence of DC components
Case 2: Factory test of high-voltage cables
When performing a 15kV/5min withstand voltage test on a 10kV cable:
- A programmed AC tester should be used to meet 1% frequency accuracy
