Core Detection Principle
Based on the antigen-antibody competitive binding reaction, the biological toxins in the sample are combined with the labeled antibodies on the colloidal gold immunochromatographic test strips, and the color intensity of the test line (T line) is measured by the reader. The four-parameter logistic curve fitting algorithm is used for quantification, and the standard curve R²≥0.99 is required.
