本标准规定了各类食品中总种的测定方法。本标准适用于各类食品中总砷的测定。本方法检出限：氢化物原子荧光光度法：0．0lmg/kg，线性范围为0ng/mL～200ng/mL；银盐法：0.2mg/kg；砷斑法：0．25mg/kg；硼氢化物还原比色法：0.05mg/kg。

1 Scope

This Standard specifies various methods for the determination of total arsenic in foods.
This Standard is applicable to the determination of total arsenic in various foods.
Detection limit of this method: hydride atomic fluorescence photometry: 0.01mg/kg, with linear range of 0ng/mL to 200ng/mL; silver salt method: 0.2mg/kg; gutzeit method: 0.25mg/kg; borohydride reduction colorimetry: 0.05mg/kg.
