《GB/T 5009.152-2003食品包装用苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物和橡胶改性的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂及其成型品中残留丙烯腈单体的测定》由361(国家卫生健康委员会)归口,主管部门为国家卫生健康委员会。
本标准规定了顶空气相色谱法(HP-GC)测定丙烯腈―苯乙烯共聚物(AS)和丙烯腈-丁二烯―苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)中残留丙烯腈的方法。本标准适用于丙烯腈-苯乙烯以及丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂及其成型品中残留丙烯腈单体的测定,也适用于橡胶改性的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂及成型品中残留丙烯腈单体的测定。本方法检出限:氮-磷检测器法(NPD)为0.5mg/kg,氢焰检测器法(FID)为2.0mg/kg。


This standard specifies the determination of residual acrylonitrile in acrylonitrile-styrene copolymers (AS) and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymers (ABS) through the method of headspace gas chromatography (HP-GC).
This standard is applicable to the determination of residual acrylonitrile monomer in acrylonitrile-styrene and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resins and their products and also the determination of residual acrylonitrile monomer in rubber-modified acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resins and their products.
Detection limit of this method: 0.5mg/kg for nitrogen phosphorus detector (NPD) and 2.0mg/kg for flame ionization detector (FID).
