《GB/T 5532-2008动植物油脂碘值的测定》由TC270（全国粮油标准化技术委员会）归口，TC270SC2（全国粮油标准化技术委员会油料及油脂分会）执行，主管部门为国家粮食和物资储备局。
本标准规定了动物脂肪和植物油中碘值的测定方法。本标准代替GB/T 5532-1995 《植物油碘价测定》。本标准与GB/T 5532-1995 相比主要变化如下：
―――修改了韦氏（Ｗｉｊｓ）试剂的配制方法；
―――增加了扦样的要求；
―――修改了称样量的要求；
―――修改了测定结果的取值要求；
―――修改了精密度要求。

Scope

This standard specifies the determination method of iodine value in animal fat and vegetable oil (hereinafter referred to as "animal and vegetable oil").
