《GB/T 5535.2-1998动植物油脂不皂化物测定第2部分:己烷提取快速法》由TC270（全国粮油标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家粮食和物资储备局。
本标准规定了用己烷三次提取测定动植物油脂不皂化物含量的一种快速方法。本标准适用于所有油脂。不适用于蜡。与标准方法的第1部分比较所测结果系统性较低，尤其对于高不皂化物含量的油脂，如：海产动物油脂。

Scope

This standard specifies a rapid method for the determination of unsaponifiable matter in animal and vegetable oils and fats by three extractions with hexane. This standard applies to all greases. Not for wax. Compared with the first part of the standard method, the measured results are less systematic, especially for oils with high unsaponifiable content, such as marine animal fats.
