《GB/T 5535.2-2008动植物油脂不皂化物测定第2部分：己烷提取法》由TC270（全国粮油标准化技术委员会）归口，TC270SC2（全国粮油标准化技术委员会油料及油脂分会）执行，主管部门为国家粮食和物资储备局。
本部分自实施之日起代替ＧＢ／Ｔ５５３５．２―１９９８《动植物油脂　不皂化物测定　第２部分：己烷提取
快速法》。　ＧＢ／Ｔ５５３５《动植物油脂　不皂化物测定》分为两个部分,本部分为ＧＢ／Ｔ５５３５的第２部分。ＧＢ／Ｔ５５３５的本部分规定了己烷三次提取测定动植物油脂不皂化物含量的方法。本部分适用所有油脂，不适用于蜡。

Scope

This part of GB/T 5535 specifies the method for three extractions of hexane to determine the content of unsaponifiable matter in animal and vegetable oils and fats. This section applies to all greases and does not apply to waxes. Warning: Compared with the method in GB/T 5535.1, the determination result of this method is lower.
