本标准规定了半导体升降温治疗设备的术语、定义和试验方法等要求。
本标准适用于利用半导体帕尔贴效应控制设备内循环液体的温度，对患处进行体外物理升温和/或降温，达到辅助治疗目的的设备。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, and test methods for semiconductor heating and cooling treatment equipment. This standard applies to semiconductor heating and cooling treatment equipment (hereinafter referred to as "equipment") as defined in 3.1. This standard does not apply to the following equipment:
　——hot pad therapy devices;
　——medical temperature-controlled blankets.
