GB/T 17037的本部分规定了D1型和D2型两个两型腔的标准模具，用于注塑60mm×60mm的小方试片，试片厚度为1mm(D1型）和2mm(D2型）。试片可用于多种测试（见附录A）。另外，模具可以装配嵌件用于研究熔线对力学性能的影响（见附录B）

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 17037 specifies two two-cavity moulds, the Types D1 and D2 standard moulds, for the injection moulding of small plates measuring 60 mm×60 mm with a preferred thickness of 1 mm (Type D1) and 2 mm Type D2), which can be used for a variety of tests (see Annex A). The moulds may additionally be fitted with inserts for studying the effects of weld lines on the mechanical properties (see Annex B).
