《GB/T 17366-1998矿物岩石的电子探针分析试样的制备方法》由TC38(全国微束分析标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了各类矿物岩石等地质样品的电子探针定量分析用的标准样品和试样的通用制备方法,其他性质相近的样品也可参照执行。


Scope

This standard specifies the general preparation method of standard samples for electronic probe quantitative analysis of geological samples such as various minerals and rocks. Other samples with similar properties can also be implemented by reference.
