本标准适用于以刺五加为主要原料的保健食品中异嗪皮啶的测定。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of isoxapidine in health food. This standard applies to the determination of isoxapidine in health food with Acanthopanax as the main raw material. When the sample volume is 2.0g, the volume is fixed to 10mL, and the injection volume is 10μL, the detection limit (LOD) of the method is 2.0×10^-4g/kg, and the limit of quantification (LOQ) of the method is 6.0×10 ^-4 g/kg. The linear range is 2.0μg/mL～4.0μg/mL.
