《GB/T 22251-2008保健食品中葛根素的测定》由TC466（全国特殊食品标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家市场监督管理总局(特殊食品司)。
本标准为首次发布。本标准规定了保健食品中葛根素的测定方法。
本标准适用于以葛根为主要原料的保健食品中葛根素的测定。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of puerarin in health food. This standard applies to the determination of puerarin in health food with kudzu root as the main raw material. When the signal-to-noise ratio S/N=3, the sampling volume is 1.0g, and the constant volume is 10mL, the detection limit (LOD) of this method is 2.0×10^-5g/kg; when the signal-to-noise ratio S /N=10, the sampling volume is 1.0g, and the constant volume is 10mL, the limit of quantification (LOQ) of the method is 6.0×10^-5g/kg. The linear range of the method is 5.0μg/mL～50μg/mL.
