本标准适用于河豚鱼肌肉、鳗鱼肌肉、烤鳗中伊维菌素、阿维菌素、多拉菌素和乙酰氨基阿维菌素残留量的测定。

Scope

This standard specifies the abamectin drugs ivermectin, abamectin, doramectin and acetamido abamectin in puffer fish, eel and grilled eel A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of eprinomectin residues. This standard is applicable to the determination of ivermectin, abamectin, doramectin and acetamido abamectin residues in puffer fish muscle, eel muscle and grilled eel. The method detection limit of this standard: ivermectin, avermectin, doramectin and acetamido abamectin in puffer fish muscle, eel muscle and grilled eel are all 5 μg/kg.
