Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, sampling, sample preparation, operation procedures, result calculation and presentation, and repeatability requirements for the determination of ergosterol in grains by normal phase high performance liquid chromatography. . This standard applies to the determination of ergosterol in rice, wheat, corn and other grains. The detection limit of this standard is 0.05mg/kg.
