《GB/T 34700-2017稀土型选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝催化剂》由TC63(全国化学标准化技术委员会)归口,TC63SC10(全国化学标准化技术委员会化工催化剂分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
Introduction
1. Background and significance of standard formulation
Rare earth selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification catalyst is an important technical means to control flue gas pollution. The formulation of this standard is based on industry needs and environmental protection requirements, and aims to standardize product performance and technical indicators.
2. Comparison of standard frameworks
| Items | Requirements of this standard | Differences between compared standards |
|---|---|---|
| SCR denitrification efficiency | ≥90% | Higher than the industry average (85%) |
| Catalyst life | ≥30,000 hours | On par with international advanced levels |
| Chemical composition | Cerium oxide content 1-10%, titanium oxide 75-85% | More stringent ingredient control |
3. Interpretation of core technical requirements
3.1 Appearance and geometric performance
The appearance and geometric dimensions of the catalyst unit must meet the requirements of Table 1 and Table 3, including the length, width, height and aperture deviation range. For example, the allowable deviation of the inner wall thickness of the honeycomb structure is ±0.10mm (≤1.00mm).
3.2 Physical and chemical properties
Physical and chemical indicators include compressive strength, wear rate and specific surface area, among which the axial compressive strength must reach more than 2.5MPa. In addition, the mass fractions of cerium dioxide (CeO₂) and titanium dioxide (TiO₂) are controlled between 1-10% and 75-85% respectively.
3.3 Reaction Performance
The activity index of the SCR catalyst must reach 25m⁻¹·h, and the SO₂/SO₃ conversion rate must be ≥0.6%. These indicators ensure efficient denitration under flue gas conditions.
4. Implementation Recommendations
4.1 Catalyst Selection and Application
Select the appropriate type of SCR catalyst according to the flue gas conditions and denitration goals, focusing on the active temperature window and sulfur resistance. It is recommended to give priority to rare earth-based catalysts under high temperature conditions.
4.2 Module Installation and Maintenance
Assemble the modules in strict accordance with the standard requirements to ensure air tightness and flue gas flow uniformity. Regularly monitor the catalyst performance indicators and replace failed products in a timely manner.
4.3 Environmental Benefit Assessment
The implementation of the SCR denitrification technology in this standard can significantly reduce nitrogen oxide emissions, and it is expected to reduce NOₓ emissions by about 10-15% each year, helping to achieve ultra-low emission targets.
