Key Operation Points
Sample pretreatment uses a combination of vortex oscillator and centrifuge technology:
- Solid samples need to be ground to 100 mesh or above
- Methanol extraction time is strictly controlled at 10±0.5 minutes
- Centrifugation parameters are not less than 4000r/min×5min
Mass spectrometry qualitative judgment criteria
Taking the mass spectrum in Appendix B as an example, a positive judgment must meet the following requirements at the same time:
- Base peak m/z 429 relative intensity deviation ≤±10%
- Secondary characteristic peak m/z 414Relative intensity deviation ≤±15%
- Retention time window±1% (about±0.2min)
