本标准是对ＳＢ１０３４６—２００１《糖果分类》的修订。本标准代替ＳＢ１０３４６—２００１《糖果分类》。本标准规定了糖果的术语和定义、类型。本标准适用于管理部门、检验部门、糖果、食品加工企业划分糖果的类型。本标准与ＳＢ１０３４６—２００１《糖果分类》相比，主要修改如下：
———由ＳＢ１０３４６—２００１强制性行业标准改为推荐性行业标准；
———术语中增加了“淀粉糖类”和“糖醇”两组术语；
———将“抛光糖果类”改为“奶糖糖果类”；
———将“硬质夹心糖果类”改为“酥质糖果类”；
———增加“流质糖果类”。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms, definitions and types of candy. This standard is applicable to management departments, inspection departments, candy, and food processing enterprises to classify the types of candy.
