This standard specifies two methods for the determination of nuciferine in health foods, namely liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry and high-performance liquid chromatography. This standard is applicable to the quantitative determination and confirmation of nuciferine in Jiangzhi capsules, slimming chewable tablets and slimming tea.
