Scope

This standard specifies the real-time fluorescence PCR detection method for yak-derived ingredients in exported foods. This standard is applicable to the qualitative detection of yak-derived (Jiulong yak, Maiwa yak, Gannan yak, Bazhou yak, Sibu yak, Jiali yak, Zhongdian yak, Tianzhu white yak) components in meat and meat products. The lowest detection limit (LOD) of the method specified in this standard is 0.625% (mass fraction).
