本标准规定了食品添加剂新红铝色淀的技术要求,试验方法,检验规则,以及标志、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于食品添加剂新红与氢氧化铝作用生成的颜料色淀。本品可添加于食品中,作着色剂用。


Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of new red aluminum lake as a food additive. This standard applies to the pigment lake formed by the reaction of food additive Xinhong and aluminum hydroxide. This product can be added to food as a coloring agent. Molecular formula C18H12N3Na3O11S3 relative molecular mass 611.46 (according to the international relative atomic mass in 1989)
