Scope

This standard specifies the qualitative determination and quantitative analysis methods of gas chromatography for general paint thinners and anti-humidity agents. The quantitative analysis of gas chromatography in this standard is suitable for diluents and moisture-proof agents with a water content of 0.02% to 3%. When the water content is 0.005% to 0.02% or 3% to 5%, this method can still be used, but the experimental error may increase. Determination of moisture in special diluents and special moisture-proof agents shall be carried out in accordance with relevant product standards.
