This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage for lipase preparations.
This standard is applicable to the production, inspection and marketing of the neutral lipase preparations obtained with starchiness (or sugariness) as raw material by microbe fermentation and purification.
