《GB/T 12287-1990水果、蔬菜制品锡含量的测定》由TC64（全国食品工业标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了水果、蔬菜制品中锡的测定方法。本标准适用于水果、蔬菜制品，包括各种酱、泥、果汁和蔬菜汁等锡的测定。本方法适用于制品中，每公斤中有关素含量不超过下列限量；铜1.25g、铅0.6g、锌0.6g、磷40g。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of tin in fruit and vegetable products. This method is applicable to the determination of tin in fruit and vegetable products, including various sauces, purees, fruit juices and vegetable juices. This method is applicable to the products, and the content of relevant elements per kilogram shall not exceed the following limits: copper 1.25g, lead 0.6g, zinc 0.6g, phosphorus 40g.
