《GB/T 14490-2008粮油检验谷物及淀粉糊化特性测定粘度仪法》由TC270（全国粮油标准化技术委员会）归口，TC270SC1（全国粮油标准化技术委员会原粮及制品分会）执行，主管部门为国家粮食和物资储备局。
本标准是对ＧＢ／Ｔ１４４９０―１９９３《谷物及淀粉糊化特性测定法　粘度仪法》的修订。本标准自实施之日起代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１４４９０―１９９３。本标准规定了采用粘度仪测定谷物及淀粉糊化特性的原理、仪器和用具、操作步骤、结果表示，以及重复性要求。本标准适用于谷物及淀粉糊化特性的测定。

Scope

This standard specifies the principle, instruments and utensils, operation steps, result presentation and repeatability requirements for the determination of pasting properties of grain and starch by viscometer. This standard applies to the determination of the pasting properties of cereals and starches.
