《GB/T 17507-2008透射电子显微镜X射线能谱分析生物薄标样的通用技术条件》由TC38(全国微束分析标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准代替GB/T17507―1998《电子显微镜X 射线能谱分析生物薄标样通用技术条件》。 本标准规定了透射电子显微镜X 射线能谱分析生物薄标样的技术要求、检测条件和检测方法。
本标准适用于生物薄标样的透射电子显微镜X 射线能谱分析。 本标准与GB/T17507―1998相比主要变化如下:
―――将标准名称改为“透射电子显微镜X 射线能谱分析生物薄标样通用技术条件”;
―――生物薄标样的厚度范围定在50nm~300nm(1998年版的3.8;本版的3.8);
―――对生物薄标样的常见元素测试时,推荐的加速电压值定为35kV~80kV(1998年版的4.2.3.1;本版的4.2.3.1);
―――删除对钾、钠等不稳定元素进行分析时的规定(1998年版的4.3.2.2);
―――删除对标样运输的规定(1998年版的5.2);
―――生物薄标样使用期限由2年改为5年(1998年版的5.3.2;本版的5.2.2);
―――本标准的附录A 是资料性附录。


Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, testing conditions and testing methods for biological thin standard samples analyzed by transmission electron microscopy X-ray energy spectroscopy. This standard is applicable to transmission electron microscope X-ray energy spectrum analysis of biological thin standard samples.
