Scope

This standard specifies the determination methods for relevant parameters of chemical composition quantitative analysis by scanning electron microscope-energy spectrometer. This standard applies to the determination of relevant parameters affecting the performance of quantitative analysis in the scanning electron microscope and the basic parameters of the energy spectrometer, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the instrument based on the quantitative analysis results of elemental components.
