本标准为首次发布。本标准规定了显微镜及其附件上的全部转动和移动的调整机构的参考系统，以求测量过程的一致。本标准的重点在于偏光参数和测试附件，如显微镜旋转载物台，偏光件及补偿器。

Scope

This standard specifies the reference system for all rotation and movement adjustment mechanisms on the microscope and its accessories, so that the measurement process is consistent. This standard focuses on polarization parameters and test accessories, such as microscope rotating stage, polarizing element and compensator.
