1. Standard background and technology evolution analysis
GB/T26071-2018 "Silicon Single Crystal for Solar Cells" is an important standard that replaces GB/T26071-2010. It has been comprehensively revised mainly to meet the technical development needs of the solar cell industry. The new standard introduces stricter requirements in terms of product classification, physical and chemical properties, and dimensions, and adds a number of new technical indicators to meet the market demand for high-efficiency solar cells.

3. Silicon wafer classification and brand
Product classification:Silicon wafers are divided into P-type and N-type according to conductivity type; they are divided into quasi-square and square according to appearance. Quasi-square silicon wafer sizes include 100.75mm, 125.75mm, 156I, etc., and new square silicon wafer size requirements are added.
Brand indication:The brand of silicon wafers should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T14844 to ensure that the product identification is clear and traceable.
4. Physical and chemical properties and dimensions
Physical and chemical performance requirements: The crystal integrity, oxygen content and carbon content of the silicon wafer must comply with the provisions of GB/T25076, and the supplier must provide relevant test results.
