本标准规定了能量色散 X射线荧光光谱仪的能量非线性、峰背比、最大线性计数率、能量分辨力、重复性、不稳定性和检出限的测试方法。
本标准适用于管激发能量色散 X射线荧光光谱仪主要性能的测试,其他能量色散型 X 射线荧光光谱仪亦可参照使用。


Scope

This standard specifies the test methods for energy nonlinearity, peak-to-background ratio, maximum linear count rate, energy resolution, repeatability, instability and detection limit of energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. This standard applies to the test of the main performance of tube-excited energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometers. Other energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometers can also be used as a reference.
