本标准规定了动物性食品中甲胺磷、敌敌畏、乙酰甲胺磷、久效磷、乐果、乙拌磷、甲基对硫磷、杀螟硫磷、甲基嘧啶磷、马拉硫磷、倍硫磷、对硫磷、乙硫磷等13种常用有机磷农药多组分残留测定方法。本标准适用于畜禽肉及其制品、乳与乳制品、蛋与蛋制品中甲胺磷、敌敌畏、乙酰甲胺磷、久效磷、乐果、乙拌磷、甲基对硫磷、杀螟硫磷、甲基嘧啶磷、马拉硫磷、倍硫磷、对硫磷、乙硫磷等13种常用有机磷农药多组分残留测定方法。

Scope

This standard stipulates that methamidophos, dichlorvos, acephate, monocrotophos, dimethoate, dithionate, methyl parathion, fenitrothion, pirimiphos-methyl, and malathion in food of animal origin , fenthion, parathion, ethion and other 13 commonly used multi-component residue determination methods of organophosphorus pesticides. This standard applies to poultry meat and its products, milk and dairy products, eggs and egg products in Multi-component determination method for 13 commonly used organophosphorus pesticides including fetion, pirimiphos-methyl, malathion, fenthion, parathion, and ethion. The detection limits (μg/kg) of various pesticides in this method are: Methamidophos 5.7: Dichlorvos 3.5; Acephate 10.0; Monocrotophos 12.0; Dimethoate 2.6; Fenitrothion 2.9; Pirimiphos-methyl 2.5; Malathion 2.8; Fenthion 2.1; Parathion 2.6; Ethion 1.7.
